When does your 90-day money back guarantee begin?

Every NIRA purchase is risk-free and can be returned for a full refund within 90 days of the order delivery date. This means that your 90-day money back guarantee begins from the date that your order was delivered, not the date that your order was placed.

Does NIRA price match?

If you placed an order directly on our website and found a lower price within 7 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a price adjustment by reaching out to our Customer Support team at info@niraskin.com. Limitations apply and are subject to change without notice. Price adjustments are made at the sole discretion of NIRA.

Where is my order?

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships from our local production facility in Danvers, Massachusetts, USA.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Typically, NIRA orders are shipped within 1–2 business days after the order is received. We offer free standard shipping on all US orders for delivery in 3 to 7 business days.

If you selected Priority Shipping at checkout, your order will be delivered in 2 to 4 business days.

If you selected Expedited Shipping at checkout, your order will be delivered in 1 to 2 business days.

What date to I have to order by to receive by Christmas?

Please see the last days to order below for free, priority, and expedited shipping for an expected arrival by 12/24*.

  • 12/16 for FREE standard shipping
  • 12/19 for priority shipping ($15)
  • 12/22 for expedited shipping ($40)

*Other factors, such as weather and unforeseen shipping delays, may also affect shipping timelines. We recommend placing your order as soon as possible for delivery by 12/24.

Do you charge customers at checkout or do you wait until the order is fulfilled?

The cost is payable at checkout for all NIRA purchases. Like many online retailers, NIRA processes payments before shipping orders. This ensures the security of all transactions and for us to only ship orders that have been paid for. Your payment also hold your place in our shipping queue as all orders are processed on as first ordered, first shipped basis.

Where do you ship from?

All NIRA orders ship directly from our local warehouse in Danvers, Massachusetts, USA - where product assembly, programming, and testing are all done! Each product is made with the highest attention to quality and detail.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, all USA orders are eligible for FREE Shipping (3-7 Business Days).

We also offer priority and expedited shipping options if you need your order sooner.

  • Priority Shipping (2-4 Business Days): $15
  • Expedited Shipping (1-2 Business Days): $40

What do I do if my order is marked as delivered but I do not have it?

Please contact your local USPS post office. When you call them, please make sure you have the tracking number handy so they can look it up for you. They will be able to provide some more information about where it was delivered and can hopefully help you locate it. If USPS is unable to locate your package, please email us directly at info@niraskin.com.

Returns

What is NIRA’s return policy?

Every NIRA purchase is risk-free and can be returned for a full refund within 90 days of the order delivery date.

To return a product purchased from our website (www.NIRAskin.com) please contact our Customer Support team by emailing info@niraskin.com or calling 1-877-607-6472 to arrange for your return by obtaining a RA # (return authorization) within 90 days of the order delivery date.

To expedite the process, we ask that you please include a note inside your return shipment that includes your name, address, phone number, and RA #, along with the product that you are returning in its original packaging.

Once received, we will inspect your returned product(s) and issue a full refund of the original purchase price to your original payment method, less the amount of return shipping costs (if you use our pre-paid return label), priority/expedited shipping costs, and any damaged or missing items. Shipping costs for the original order are not refundable. All shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost shipments.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to process once the returned product is received by our warehouse. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of your initial contact with our Customer Support team.

Please note that we are only able to issue refunds for NIRA products purchased directly from www.NIRAskin.com. If purchased from another retailer, please contact them directly for information on their return policy.

How long does it take to process my refund?

Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to process once the returned product is received by our warehouse.

What is the shipping policy for returns?

Warranty

What will NIRA do if my laser is defective?

NIRA will replace authentic devices that are eligible for warranty service. Every new NIRA device sold includes a 90-day money-back guarantee and a one (1) year warranty covering any manufacturer related problems resulting from everyday use of the product. Warranties are only valid for items purchased through authorized sellers.

If you discover a covered defect in your NIRA laser at any time, contact our Customer Support team at  info@niraskin.com or call 1-877-607-6472 for assistance.

If we confirm a defect covered by this limited warranty, we will, at our option, take one of the following actions: (i) replace your NIRA Laser with either a new or a refurbished NIRA Laser that is the same as or similar to the NIRA Laser you purchased; or (ii) repair your NIRA Laser using either new or refurbished parts. 

If we find that the defect in your NIRA Laser is not covered under this limited warranty, we will notify you about the service alternatives that are available on a fee basis. If we find that your NIRA Laser is not defective, we will notify you and return your NIRA Laser to you.

All Limited Warranty services must be authorized and performed by NIRA or a service provider authorized by NIRA.

How long does NIRA’s limited warranty last?

The limited warranty begins on the date of purchase and is in effect for one (1) full year.

What is covered by NIRA’s limited warranty?

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in your NIRA Laser if you purchased it from an authorized seller or directly from the manufacturer (NIRA). Your limited warranty is valid for you alone, the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.

What is not covered by NIRA’s limited warranty?

This limited warranty does not cover damage, defects, or failure caused by abuse or misuse; improper care; impact or insertion of foreign objects; vandalism; improper storage; improper or incorrectly performed maintenance or repair; application of harmful chemicals; Acts of God, fire, or water; abrasives; negligence; failure to follow manufacturer’s instructions; loss of the NIRA Laser; normal wear and tear; alteration; overuse; professional use; or commercial use.

Are NIRA lasers permanently usable or do they have a limited number of uses?

The NIRA lasers are sold for unlimited usage. The NIRA lasers are solid-state devices with no moving parts which make them highly reliable and should provide many years of unlimited usage under normal operating conditions. In addition, the respective control boards and batteries are likewise designed with high reliability and performance in mind. The batteries themselves are designed for many years of continuous use with periodic recharging. The NIRA at-home laser devices all come with a 1-year limited warranty.
